Free Support
Basic technical support is free and included with your monthly subscription. Basic technical support is restricted to:
- Technical issues such as error messages with standard SaaSphalt screens
- Installation problems
- Inability to sign in to SaaSphalt
Paid consulting
Non-technical incidents are considered paid consulting time ($62.50 per 1/2 hour) and include:
- Training - teaching you how to use and customize SaaSphalt
- Customization
- Troubleshooting one of your custom, non-standard, screens
- General how-to questions
